Polyphenylene sulfide film of the capacitor (referred to as PPS) is currently themost widely used high-temperature organic film capacitors,The capacitor has a hightemperature, loss tangent values low, high-performance insulation resistance,breakdown field strength, high reliability, good stability, etc. It is mainly used in closedor sealed system integrator, differentiator, logical operations, filter circuits, precisiontiming circuits,small signal oscillation, coupling circuits and other fields. Because ofthe features like losses of the capacitor, high precision capacitance and capacity stabilityrequirements. the capacitor is typically used in penetration guide system integration ofthe sampling circuit. This capacitor is an irreplaceable special applications in satellitecommunications, consistent guidance, navigation and other aerospace fields.While,pressure rejection rate and capacity checkmark low are the two main factors affectingthe performance of the capacitor in engineering production.In this thesis research commenced in order to solve the problem of PPS capacitorvoltage rejection rate, low capacity checkmark in production process.The core workare setting process improved to enhance pressure pass rate and improving capacitycontrol technology to keep the rate of high precision capacity checkmark.The mainwork is:1、Styling technology research: To the flattening type capacitors, combined withhigh-precision volume production needs,Ultimately determine eight kinds ofstereotypes programs at different pressures, different temperature depend onpressurized heat treatment method which preselected. According to the test datadetermined the core pressing pressure which was selected as13kg/cm~2and the heattreatment temperature was determined to be130℃, each layer3sandwiched mandrel.Idetermined both5GP and10GP pressure unified, depending on the size of theproduct.For cylindrical capacitor according to the thermal contraction theory, design adedicated plug plug plug core, core between layers of film more closely, after the heattreatment to fully discharge the air, heat the same set at130°c, through the test madeof PBT φ1.4mm, φ1.9mm conductor bar for the cylindrical core. Improved shaping technology products in accordance with GJB972A-2002requirements for productvalidation testing, tests showed that the products meet the requirements of GJB972A-2002.2、The research of capacity control technology:I analyzed capacity checkmarkrate which affects capacitor finished precision capacitance and determined the effect oncapacity of a winding and shaping of the product, using a stepwise feedback methodsto determine the center value of the winding capacity, and using SPC techniques to doline monitoring.As well as In the capacity stability,It increased pre-thermal cycling andtemperature storage technology.The tests shows that the products capacity deviation±1%pigeon-rate average reached27%and capacity deviation of±2%productscheckmark rate average of60%when improved capacity control technology.
