The three Structures of subgrade refer to the embankment parts of the bridgeabutment, culvert sides and the back of retaining walls that Large-scale constructionmachinery is difficult to perfectly finish the backfilling.During the constructionprocess, as these parts of the roadbed and structures too close and the work surfacenarrow, that would be the weak point of the machinery compaction, and lead toinadequate compaction or poor uniformity. Also, it makes difficult to guaranteethese parts compacting stability and strength. And after the work it will producesettlement and residual deformation. Finally that will lead to poor surface quality,performance and service life of less than design expected. This paper studies thehigh flowing fly ash mixture which has many Advantages,such as lightweight, highstrength, good fluidity, easy construction, good orthostatic after paste harden, andlittle lateral pressure of the structure. Its compression and settlement of the backfillin the three Structures of subgrade are very small. because of the small load,it canreduce the additional stress on the foundation. that can effectively reduce thedifferential settlement of subgrade transition section. While it can control theenvironmental pollution by the fly ash storage, and save the land.This article on highflowing cement and fly ash has a significant social and economic benefits in theGuizhou Expressway key technologies.This paper analysed the high flowing fly ash of the material physical andmechanical properties. At the same time I studied the consistency of itscharacteristics, strength, consolidation and shrinkage characteristics, finite elementanalysis, construction techniques, quality control points, the settlement observationin the physical works and the scene Resilient modulus testing and so on. And thispaper researched the echnical performance and economic benefits of high flowingfly ash in the three Structures of subgrade. Finally, I fund that their roadperformance is superior, comprehensive social and economic benefits significantly.
