The Application Research And Finite Element Analysis Of CFG Pile-net Composite Foundation In Mountainous Highways

CFG pile-net composite foundation as a new processing technology of the foundation, has the characteristics of settlement deformation, post settlement easier to control, low construction cost. A large number of engineering practice shows that CFG pile-net composite foundation has a better economy. However, due to the complex mechanism of the CFG pile-net composite foundation, it is need to be further studied.The paper focuses the theory study on the working mechanism of the CFG pile-net composite foundation, based on the soft soil foundation processing project of K1715+080～K1715+180on ZUN-BI segment of Hangzhou to Ruili Highway. Then I comparies and analyzes its economy and analys the bearing characteristics of the CFG pile-net composite foundation. Its main contents include that:①The paper summaries the development and research present situation of CFG pile-net composite foundation, and points out the main problems.②By analyzing CFG pile-net composite foundation of the action mechanism, we describe calculation methods of settlement, bearing capacity of the pile net composite foundation.③Based on the soft soil foundation processing project of K1715+080～K1715+180on ZUN-BI segment of Hangzhou to Ruili Highway, this paper discusses CFG pile-net composite foundation processing technology based on The original design and researches the effecte of the size of spacing between CFG piles on its bearing behavior. At last, proposes monitoring scheme of the typical cross section of K1715+080.④Using the basic theory of finite element analysis, we establishes the CFG pile-net composite foundation numerical model. By simulating the force and deformation of the natural foundation, reinforces land base, CFG pile composite foundation and CFG pile-net composite foundation, compares and analys the traits of the settlement, horizontal displacement, grille pull, pile axial force, etc. At last, simulats the embankment height, pile length, pile spacing, the size of cushion stiffness axial stiffness and the geo-grid net effeced on the pile composite foundation settlement, geo-grid tension and CFG pile axial force. It is significant to design and construct on the CFG pile-net composite foundation engineer.Finally, this paper summarizes the results of the research on theoretical and practical and points out the problems of CFG pile-net composite foundation that need to be further studied.
