With the development of the technology of vacuum, vacuum cups with many Advantage, suchas light weight, small size, compact structure, high reliability, and so on. In the industrialproduction has more and more application. In the process of picking and transporting of someindustrial production, vacuum cups play up an irreplaceable position.But the traditionalvacuum cups are manufactured with some good flexibility material, such as NBR, siliconrubber, polyurethane, fluorine rubber and so on.When it is used to pick up the hardness objectwith the large surface, the effect is very good. But when it is used to pick up the flexibleobject, the effect is not very ideal.therefore, in the process of picking and transporting ofliquid packaging vacuum cups is very few.Do the research and analysis on the traditional flexibility vacuum cup, then found there aremany disadvantage, such as difficulty in picking flexible object, and difficulty in cleaning,and easy to wear, and so on. In order to improve the performance of vacuum cups, this paperputs forward the rigid materials to manufactured vacuum cups, to pick up flexible object.This paper makes a general analysis of the new rigid vacuum cup. First, make an analysis ofthe traditional flexibility vacuum cups, get the knowledge of it, and the knowledge will be thebase of the research of the new rigid vacuum cup. Secondly, with the knowledge of vacuumcups,this paper make a general research on the new rigid vacuum cup,such as theconfiguration of it, the theory of vacuum, the equipment of the cup, the loop of vacuum, thecharacteristic of the object,and so on. Then the formula of the vacuum cup for thecorresponding object was put forward, the formula will be the base of choosingthe vacuum cup for objects. According to the analysis, the application of the new rigidvacuum cup is possible, and this paper will be a reference for the the application of the newrigid vacuum cup.
