| As the direct contact medium between the variant aircraft and the outside atmosphere,the deformed skin can adjust the contour in a multi-task environment to expand the scope of application and overall efficiency of the whole aircraft,which has an important and irreplaceable role.However,due to the contradictions between its basic design requirements,it has brought huge difficulties and challenges to the subsequent development.Aiming at the defects of low out-of-plane load-bearing rigidity of flexible materials and poor structural stability,this paper designs and studies a rigid-flexible coupled skin that can be applied to variable sweep wings and can achieve shear deformation.The main work content is as follows:First,based on the skeletal structure of the variable sweep wing and its motion characteristics,the design schemes of shearing skin are proposed from the perspectives of boundary pretreatment and composite materials.The feasibility of achieving smooth continuous deformation of the surface is preliminarily tested by the method of finite element simulation and experimental testing.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of each skinning scheme are summarized to determine the best research direction.Secondly,a mathematical model of composite rigid-flexible coupling skin is established to describe its mechanical properties in the linear elastic range.The finite element software is used to numerically simulate the representative volume elements,and the macroscopic material parameters of the skin are obtained,and the difficulty of driving the plane is predicted.The simulation and comparative analysis of the out-of-plane bending performance of the skin are carried out under both macro and micro conditions to test the reliability of the mathematical model.Then,parameterized modeling is carried out for the bearing deflection,shear driving energy,and buckling fold configuration of the composite skin,and the influence law between the layout parameters of the skin structure and each performance is studied.Finally,according to the design index,the weight method is used to transform multiple sub objectives into a single objective,and the structural layout of the skin is optimized.The prototype development and motion test of the variable sweep wing are carried out to ensure that the skin design scheme is reasonable and reliable.The existing problems are supplemented,which can provide reference for the follow-up research of shear skin. |
