With the pressing situation of fossil fuel exhaustion and environmental pollution, cleanand renewable energy resources, among them wind energy is of prominent importance, aregaining more and more attention. The wind is a clean and inexhaustible resource available allover the word. With these unique superiorities, wind power and Photovoltaic power aregradually becoming the important part of sustainable development strategy in many countriesand growing fast.This article is based on intelligent control and intelligent protection control as the goal,after a summary and analysis, studying the control system of hybrid wind and photovoltaicpower tracking strategy and the maximum two terms. Intelligent control system for hybridwind and photovoltaic modular design, we propose a modular architecture. The whole systemis divided into power control module, battery charge and discharge control module, thesystem management module and other modules.Through the wind and photovoltaic powersystems for maximum power point tracking system to analyze the problem, we propose atracking strategy for maximum efficiency. Wind power system and solar PV system is basedon the relationship between circle and voltage, based on the relationship between thetraditional extreme-seeking; method has been improved, the power will be through the analogmultiplier, then the derivative of the power of the duty cycle to achieve maximumvalue.Hybrid wind and photovoltaic system use a two-way DC/DC and double-inputBuck-Boost type DC/DC converter, to achieve the purpose of intelligent storage.For two-wayconnection between the battery and the load, double-input is for the purposes of wind andsolar. The two-way double-input DC/DC not only can effectively protect the battery,improving battery efficiency, but also can stabilize the output power.Complementary controlstrategy is to use a variety of logic devices and algorithms for the value controls, completewith hardware adjustment to complementary control.Finally, with the MATLAB simulation, set up the simulation platform of control andpower and complementary control.In the case of setting parameters, the simulation resultswere analyzed. We can conclude that the improved extreme search method can better adapt tothe wind power systems and photovoltaic systems to their maximum. Complementary controlmethods can solve the problem of wind and solar power complementary and verify the powercontrol strategy and the feasibility of complementary control strategy. Simulation results arebasically consistent with the experimental.
