With the advantage of energy saving, environmental protection, long life, etc, the LED Greenlight source which is important for alleviate the current energy shortage and environmentaldegradation. The Drive power to the LED lamp performance plays a key role for achieving theadvantages of LED lighting,design of high reliability, high efficiency LED special power supplyare required. The study of high efficiency, high reliability power supply for LED driver has a strongtheoretical and practical significance, because of the poor reliability, low efficiency, electromagneticcompatibility non-compliance and other issues is widespread in the design of above200W of LEDstreet lamp drive power.Papers briefly described principles of the LED emitting, electrical properties and high-powerLED street lamp driver requirements, for the current status of the LED drive power research anddevelopment of make of a summary; On this basis, the paper uses a continuous mode power factorcorrection and LLC half-bridge resonant program to design240W LED street lamp.Power Factor Corrector circuit using UCC2819A controller to design continuous mode (CCM)power factor correction the main circuit and control circuit, and optimized the circuit, detected andanalyzed the APFC circuit critical waveform. The circuit designed in applications where the samepower level and the critical mode power factor correction circuit for a power factor, efficiency, andelectromagnetic interference in the comparative analysis.DC/DC conversion used LLC half-bridge resonant program and adopted FAN7621Scontroller. On the basis of analysis the LLC resonant network specific working principle proposedthe main device of the LLC resonant network, and FAN7621S control circuit design methods.Circuit used LM358dual op amp and TL431reference source constitute output terminal constantcurrent voltage limiting feedback circuit design solutions, and is now widely used two-transistorforward type DC/DC circuit for a performance comparison and analysis.Finally, analysis of the power of electromagnetic interference (EMI) causes, made of EMIreduction, EMI suppression in different conditions, for EMC testing, according to test results, animproved program to meet national standards on EMC; while power reliability issues have beenstudied, and proposed various measures to improve power supply reliability.Papers on the development of the240W LED lamp drive power prototype was tested, the testresults show that the design of the power supply is working properly at rated power, power factor(PF) to above0.98,92%overall efficiency, the whole power of EMC compliance, meet the designrequirements.
