Study On The Design Of Innovative Landscape In Small Towns Of Central Plains

The urban construction of the small-town in the Central Plain is now lagging behind, especially in the aspect of landscape design of construction. There are three reasons causing the performance:Firstly, it is affected by conservatism, the "urban and rural" dual system of administration method has not been dispelled yet, therefore the main administration strategy is still taking the city construction as the main content. Secondly, it is affected by step backward of awareness of construction. During developing farming and attracting investments, there is not enough attention paid to the investment environment and basic construction. Finally, it is affected by money, there are not enough money due to the economy condition of the small-town is bad. The money must be used in the most important part. Therefore the environment of the small-town has not change much in the past years. With the great reform and opening in China, the rising of central China, and building the Central Plains Economic Zone, the second opportunity of development is coming to the small towns in the Central Plains. The industry characteristic, the history and cultural of the small-town which are usually used in landscape design are summarized, and the research will focus on the design practice of Pingle village.By researching the culture and characteristics, design the building,public facilities and entertainment facilities with regional features and the characteristics of the times, to make the Pingle village more attractive,more open and more distinctive, and make the Pingle village as a model civilized scenic site.The innovation points in this paper are:1,small-town with great characteristics; small-town with big advantage; small-town with abundant design.2,combining the culture background and the content of competitive industry as the material of landscape design of Pingle village.3,making the landscape design model and landscape planing as one of the themes of the research, and make the theoretical research more close to the practice.
