Flat curve section of road traffic safety is security issues the people pay attention to. Flat curve road traffic accident happens, bring great casualties and property instantaneous. Investigation and statistical results show that the corner radius size and accident rate has a close relationship, when turning radius is less than600meters, the traffic accident quantity will increase quickly, medium radius corners of the accident probability and accident severity, are high.The driver is the traffic behavior of participants, and the performer of vehicle control the influence of his driving behavior t on the traffic safety is huge. The driver’s driving behavior will be reflected by vehicle trajectory, vehicle running speed parameters. Driving behavior generation is result of traffic conditions subjective feeling, judgment of driving people to road, and the results of information by the driver the scope, refining degree of influence. Driving back to the road traffic environment information perception approach mainly is by the vision to finish. Therefore, it is very necessary to research on the driver visual characteristics of research, especially the flat curve road driving people visual characteristic research.Based on the existing driving study of dynamic characteristics, the driver’s vision characteristics of corner sections are discussed. Through the watching and glance of eye movement instrument on driving people to capture, fixation point distribution of the driving corner sections is analyzed, thus the fixation time distribution of the driving people’s vision in different areas and driving people road corner when the distribution of attention are got; Based on the analysis of data scanned capture that driver visual fixation point transfer situation, the drive people attention force transfer situation. In the course of the study emphasis is placed on the influence of corner radius to the driving people visual characteristic.The results of the study show that: the attention is mainly focused on the left side far area and front near region in the driver’s curves running process, namely the driver primary concern driving head of motor vehicle and the front of the vehicle condition; The fixation point transfer probability of the driver mainly focus on the left side far area and front near region, it explains the driver’s attention is mainly distributed in these two area; The fixation point will not obviously increase to turn direction in the driver’s bending, but along with the decreasing of the turning radius, the driver will increase fixation point to a certain extent direction; In the vertical direction, driving people distributes fixation point with tend of close to the horizontal direction and slightly offset position.It implies that driving people pay more attention to the road conditions closer and a little remote.
