With Chinese rapid economic development, rapid industrialization and population trends in the high urban concentration which has been unstoppable on the increasing traffic demands. In order to alleviate or solve the urban environment of pressure and threats by the fundamental population growth, it is a rapidly increasing trend to solve traffic problems, construction of various railway tunnels and underground structures in the country. However, with the expansion of urban scale, a growing number of subway tunnel needs to pass through a large number of buildings, underground pipelines, and a variety of complex formation. The shield construction has so many advantages, including little effect on the surrounding environment, automation of high construction speed, quality and efficiency, safety and environmental protection etc, and along with the development of its technology, more and more attention in shield construction and favor. So, as a shield construction methods and construction of specialized construction machinery, TBM studies have also been more and more attention. The simultaneous grouting technology is essential to shield method in the key construction method, and the key to control land subsidence. If leakage occurs during grouting slurry, ground subsidence will increase, thus cause land subsidence, tunnel distorted and tunnel overrun. Therefore, we need to seriously study how to control the grouting process with smooth implementation.With the development of science and technology, computer software features become more perfect, simulation analysis of the real problem in the computer has become an inevitable trend. In the simulation analysis, finite element analysis is a very strong practical approach. In this paper, use the Fluent module in ansysl2.0software which has highly professional in finite element analysis field, make fluid dynamics simulation for the grouting process of EPB (Earth Pressure Balance) Φ6.28m TBM tunnel construction in Shenyang with its real condition.This paper introduces the TBM tail shield grouting works simultaneously and the main effect parameters, including the construction parameters and structural parameters. The former main grouting pressure, grouting time, grouting volume and viscosity of slurry, which is mainly the number of points, and grouting grouting pipe diameter.Second, using the theoretical formula of the grouting process and the various parameters of change were calculated, and the calculated results were compared with data from studies, the establishment of a trend curve in order to later compare the simulation results.Finally, take advantage of computers in the Fluent interface, and use the volume of fluid function (VOF) multiphase flow model, and the k-ε turbulence model, the process of the grouting slurry on the tail void filling process was simulated. By changing the previous grouting construction parameters and structural parameters of grouting system, this paper carried out a large number of simulation analysis to obtain different simulation results, then identify the various parameters on the grouting influence and impact of trends. From the grouting process parameters on the impact of trends, find out the various parameters of the best value of the condition in this article studied.
