Phase processing technology is of great significance for the standard device of thebasic research, applications and test of time-frequency signal. Compared with thetraditional phase processing technology, frequency measurement new method presentedin this paper which is based on quantization theory of group phases not only simplifythe instrument structure, reduce the cost, but also greatly improve the measurementaccuracy and stability, eliminate the measurement dead zone. The use of group cyclesand the accuracy of detecting phase coincidence point are the key factors of this newfrequency measurement method. According to the comparative analysis results ofexperimental data, this method has achieved an order of magnitude of the measuringstability higher than a similar instrument.Implied factor theory is exploratively expounded in this paper as the extensionaltheory of quantized theory of group phases in order to research the interaction betweenthe cyclical phenomenon and its definite effects upon other phenomena morecompletely and thoroughly, and three kinds of implied factors are listed for the processthat the earth’s and the moon’s revolution cause tides of the earth. There are twopotential application point that interaction between cyclical phenomena can be realizedthrough Cycle Sets and occurring of target phenomena can be realized and forecastedaccording to the comprehensive analysis of the three group implied factors.
