Our country is a scarce water resources country, per capita water resources in China only2300m3for the world level in the world, a quarter of the110th. From the city situation, the nearly400cities lack water, degree of serious130. Chongqing as the fourth, the western region only municipalities directly under the central government, the area per capita water quantity for1680m3, less than1/6of the world per capita, also far lower than the national average level, water quantity per beibei is only about550m3, less than1/16of the world per capita [4]. The current rapid development of economy and society, but also will lead to the rapid growth of water demand, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources will gradually highlight, water resources problems will be restricted to the current economic and social development and the development of the new city construction two important influencing factors. At the same time, the current main drinking water sources in the jialing river is given priority, the single water supply source, and upstream inflow water threat bigger, together with grass street navigation-power junction engineering construction, the three gorges reservoir impoundment, the jialing river beibei section water flow rate, slow water self-purification ability is abate, water quality situation is not optimistic. Once the jialing river is polluted water quality, and the entire area and no can be enabled backup backbone water the supplementary water supply, the consequence is unimaginable, this will cause the instability. In1025new situation, China’s economic and social development and people’s living standard for water put forward new and higher requirements, development and the contradiction between the shortage of water resources will be more prominent, the water on economic security, ecological safety, and the influence of national security will be more prominent. And the current has built a southwest region’s largest underground reservoir, the underground reservoir storage for13.4million m3, the average years’for4.415million m3.But the underground reservoir water source of total hardness general for1100mg/L, sulfate content is in commonly938mg/L, total soluble solid for1440mg/L, serious over the life of the drinking water quality standards, these factors restricted the underground reservoir water resources development and utilization. The research origin should introduce underground reservoir high sulfate high hardness method is the reservoir water resources development and utilization of the rational development and utilization of the key.As is known to all, high salinity groundwater is the mainly removal index for soluble salt. And it is difficult for the solubility of salt to remove permanent hardness. Therefore, how to remove permanent hardness will become a difficult problem of high salinity groundwater treatment. Through the research, groundwater can achieve the sanitary standard for drinking water (GB5749-2006) by the coagulation precipitate filter, such as reverse osmosis and nanofiltration handling the appropriate treatment. If so this will offer the guarantee for the water supply in new high-tech park as well as the current backup.This experiment is based on the research of the over bid of raw water total hardness in current one reservoir. Through a variety of tests by choosing raw water pretreatment and nanofiltration depth processing method, the research effectively to make salinity achieve the sanitary standard for drinking water. The results of this research are as follows: (1) During the pretreatment test, hardness is main index。Soda ash and pH are the main factors that affect hardness removal. The order of each factor hardness removal is:PH> Na2CO>3> temperature> settling time> mixing time. So it sets: Na2CO3in650mg/l, temperature in23℃, mixing time in38min, settling time in30min, combination is the most appropriate level for the orthogonal test. hardness for259mg/1. The result after dealing with is the best one, but it improves the efficiency of better protection for nanofiltration membrane by reducing the hardness index of the nanofiltration depth processing.(2) During nanofiltration experiments, nanofiltration has a good effect on removing calcium and magnesium ions. sulfate in20mg/1~64mg/l,total soluble solid in510mg/l~530, Hardness in20mg/1~60mg/1, pH in7.25~7.34, can completely achieve the standard for drinking water; under the rate of Level1nf system water production rate at58.35%~70.59%, the water production rate will be higher, so that it can satisfy the actual production needs.
