Study On Deformation Properties And Microcosmic Mechanism Of The Soda Residue

Largely piling up of the soda residue hinders the development of soda plant and spoils the local environment .It is a good approach to use the soda residue in engineering .In the precious research and application ,the character of the soda residue has been partially realized ,but it is not sufficient for farther making using of it .For supplementing the deficiency of the precious research and promoting the use of soda residue in large scale , the author make lots of experiments in doors and acquire lots of instructive information . Firstly the article simply introduce the research actuality and the ingredient and the forming of soda residue ,secondly the article mostly introduce the physical and mechanical character of the soda residue and the reused soda residue and the admixture of the soda residue and the fly ash and the slag .In the aspect of strength ,the article introduce the law of the unconfined press strength with the water content in soda residue and the law of the angle of internal friction and the cohesion with the water content in soda residue .In the aspect of deformation,the article introduce the pressure-void ratio curve and the law of the coefficient of compressibility and the oedometric modulus of compression with the dentisy and the law of the coefficient of consolidation with the pressure.The macroscopical physical and mechanical character of the soda residue is different from the inartificial soil,so searching after the relation between the microcosmic mechanism and the macroscopical behaviour is the necessary premise for fully knowing and using the soda in a large scale .The article analyse the interaction between the grain of soda and water and the interlink among the grains and how the configuration come into being on the analysis of the crude soil and find out the difference between the soda and the crude soil. The article analysis the character of the compacted soda residue and the cause of the diffenence between the soda residue and the reused soda residue.In the end the application of soda residue is recommend.
