Through the ages, weighing has always been an integral part of everyday life. With the progress of era and the speeding up rhythm of human life, there has been a great change of weighing. Large scales such as belt scales, motor truck scale, railroad track scale, have been born at the right moment. This paper develops a new high-speed and efficient data collection system of dynamic rail track scale based on existing research results and the development of modern sensor technology.In this paper, the dynamic railroad track scale data collection system is an important component of the dynamic railroad track scale. It uses STM32F103series MCU as a CPU. It selects Vishay type120analog sensor and former stage amplifier circuit is completed by AD620. At last, AD7655is chosen as the A/D converter. It converts analog signals into digital signals, can be read by MCU. After dealing with the digital filtering, it calculates the weight and passes to the upper control computer to display and storage through the RS485serial interface. The system also adopted a series of anti-interference measures such as PCB wiring short and straight, using decoupling capacitor near the chip, using power supply isolation circuit, using disappears shakes circuit of keys and RC filter circuit.It focused on the design of whole system measurement schemes, hardware principle diagram design, printed circuit board design, MCU software design and upper control computer software design. After the actual debugging in factory, this system can meet the needs of the reality and has a very good application value.
