The Design Of The Water Purification Plant Of A Town In Heilongjiang Province

A town of Heilongjiang Province is in a status that the water resource is short, thewater supply is poor, quality of water supply is hard to guarantee, the water supplysecurity is in low level. To solve this situation, increase regulation and storage capacityof water resources, Strengthen the optimal allocation of water resources, format themulti-water sources, multi-channel complementary integrated water supply system,improve the degree of urban water supply security, to begin the design of waterworksof the town.The raw water is from Nihe reservoir. Through analysis of the water quality of theNihe Reservoir,the writer found that the Nihe Reservoir has typical characteristics ofthe reservoir waterpollution. The chroma, odor, algae, ammonia, COD are belong tothe micro-polluted water areas. After comparison, the design of"pre-ozone-ozone-activated carbon filter technology" is slectet as the main process of the project.Theentire process is pre-ozone oxidationâ†'filtrationâ†'the ozone contact oxidationâ†'filter (activated carbon filter)â†'user. The filer is flap filter. Filter layer is made of activated carbon and quartz sand. The activated carbon filter material use coalcolumnar activated charcoal. Finally, the preliminary design of water supply network isdesigned. The iron pipe and PE pipe are choosed as the main pipe for water supply.
