With the development of economic and improvement of people’s life, much more hot water is needed for wash and bath, winter air conditioning heating, floor heating and so on, and large heating water systems are is a necessary equipments for corporation, school, hospital and other departments. The heat pump hot water system has important research value, because of it’s good performance, when compared with the traditional heating water equipmentIn order to solve the irreversible heat loss caused by hot and cold water mixing during the air source heat pump hot water system work process, performance of the heat pump system reduced due to high starting cycle heating temperature, and rapid changeing water temperature because of uneven hot and cold water pressure, we proposed a dual-tank heat pump water heater system with clapboard reciprocating. This article theoretical analysis the thermodynamic cycle partition of the dual-tank heat pump water heater system with clapboard reciprocating; simulatily modeling the heating process and the heat providing process of system; design and build the heat pump system;compares the performance parameters during heating process for the "Circulation Heating Mode" and "Instantaneous Heating Mode" experimentally; and compared the performance of reciprocating clapboard tank and normal tank without clapboard during process of providing hot water.Experimental results show that:the two heating mode COP decreased With the end of the water heating temperature rised. Under operating conditions of45℃,50℃, and55℃end heating temperature, the cyclic heating mode savings time21.3%,22.5%,26.0%, COP increased36.9%,54.0%,71,2%.when compared with instantaneous heating mode The same condition simulation results show that:COP increased by36.8%,39.6%,41.9%respectively. Under conditions of40℃minimum hot water providing temperature, and55℃final heating temperature, the data results show that:the ordinary tank can supply16.4L target hot water; when water leakage rate the clapboard reciprocating tank were33%,29%,4%, providing heating water were38.3L,42.4L,49L respectively, and heating water rate under four conditions were32.8%,76.5%,84.7%,98%respectively.To sum up the conclusions:the coefficient performance and heating rate of the dual-tank heat pump water heater system with clapboard reciprocating has been greatly improved, when compared with Instantaneous Heating Mode heat pump hot water system. Water supply quantity and temperature of our system has a relatively large increase compared with ordinary tank heat pump hot water system.
