All the time, pressure distribution information in artillery bore is one important contentwhen artillery firing, it is also one important parameters on overall performance of artillerysystems, which is a crucial role and significance with development of new weapons.Integrating research Status on artillery systems at home and abroad, points pressuredistribution in artillery bore is a worth exploring and research question. Confronting artilleryspecial structure and harsh environments when firing, it is particularly important that how tomeasure points pressure at the same time when launching a bullet. To solve this problem, Onthe basis of accurate obtaining single-point pressure, the thesis proposes a conceive that aplurality of manometer synchronous trigger based on th optical signal of gunpowdercombustion, and make the following researches to achieve this conceive:(1) It reviews research status at home and abroad on test and distribution regularity of gunbore pressure in interior ballistics. And it illustrates factors affect the gun bore innerpressure distribution information from artillery bore structure, gunpowder performance,charging structure to Ignition incentive.(2) It importantly introduce program design ideas of multi-point pressure measurementsynchronous triggering based on the optical signal,and make modification of themanometer to achieve synchronous triggering. And it quantitatively demonstrates thefeasibility of the design by data calculation(3) It described in detail photosensitive device and the photoelectric conversion circuitdesign in optical Synchronous measurement and calculate the characteristics parametersof the circuit. And it analyzed the acquisition data from debugging external triggersystem circuit based on optical signal. (4) Divisions information of Gunpowder fuel pressure in airtight container is simulated byLS-DYNA to provide norm of manometer’s data and position when synchronous triggeractual measurement experiment is done.
