The safe projects of school buildings is officially launched in April2009, anti-seismic evaluation on the schoolhouse throughout the country,reinforcement or alteration to the schoolhouse does not meet the identification requirements.Earthquake damage survey data indicate that in strict accordance with the specifications anti-seismic design and to ensure the construction quality of buildings, and basically maintained in good condition. This paper discusses the rational layout of the building structure and seismic structure to how to ensure seismic safety, it is recommended that in masonry structure design should pay attention to the conceptual design.By summing up the status quo of the existing masonry structure schoolhouse, analyzes the cause of schoolhouse collapsed in the earthquake is serious, and discusses the main security risks of the masonry structure schoolhouse:Security risks for the schoolhouse of the masonry structure, summary of the reinforcement program, and comments on the practicality and advantages and disadvantages of a variety of program.In this paper, a primary school classroom building of masonry structure is reinforced, and use the software JDJG to identify the anti-seismic capacity of the teaching building, a larger increase of the anti-seismic capacity of reinforced structure, on each floor of vertical and horizontal anti-seismic capacity index greater than1, meet regulatory requirements.
