Research On Logistic Improvement Of Machining Center Workshop Base On Modified Genetic Algorithm

Logistic is one of the important branch system in economic social system, It has adeep relationship with the economic social development, as the third origin of benefits, theadvantage of logistic is to satisfy the customers’ service requirements with a low cost.itpursuits speed, accuracy, safety, economy and can be managed by using the scientificinformation system.Initial, this paper tells the meaning and background of research in the subject from thestatus of equipment industry, analyzed the characters of manufacturing corporation, on theone hand, the materials should be replenished based on real situation of production, on theother hand, the products must be sold in time.So the logistic is important guarantee forkeeping the corporation running normally because the whole process needed to be realizedby materials flow.Second, the logistic has been divided into production and distribution according to thefunction and structure. A systematic presentation is given on production logistic, which canbe divided based on the difference between production type including the ordering,stocking, continuous and dispersion. It illustrates some factors that affect the productionlogistic and gives a detail description on organization form of production logistic.In the third part, the paper gives a detail illustration to genetic algorithm. Introducethe origin, develop and character of genetic algorithm, analyse the defects and use somenew algorithms such as immune genetic algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm. Allthese algorithms are evolved based on common genetic algorithm as each of them hasdisadvantages when it is used for solving the special problem. therefore, this paper gives amodified genetic algorithm with natural encoding, transposed crossover and rotatemutation,in addition the chromosome justify and improve is put into the calculation.Finally, the machining workshop in this enterprise exist some problems about processfrom the angle of production logistic in terms of analysis and research according to thestatus, the improvement suggestion is given beyond the reasonable analyze from logistic as operation strategy of machining workshop will be changed. Due to the special question themath model with constraints is build according to the lowest numbers of vehicle and theloading limit, the modified genetic algorithm is used to solve the question. Compared withgenetic algorithm by calculating, the convergence speed is faster and could be able toobtain the satisfied result.
