Modernization industrial is the important elment that measure the the level of comprehensive national strength,Motion is the source of power of industrial equipment,it is the safeguard of equipment normal operation,it makes the reassure on motor control is particularly urgent,it becomes a research hotspot of development of high position precision,wide speed range intelligence, fast response,high reliability of servo drivers.In recent years,AC permanent magnet synchronous motor drive production companies appear as bamboo shoots after a spring rain. With the development of high performance digital signal processor, the development of advanced control theory of motor and high performance of power electronic devices appear, provides a good safeguard for the development of high performance motor speed control-system. This text adopts the microchip dsPIC30F4011as the eore device,development the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor drive for industrial sewing machine, and the related experiments were carried out on the hardware system.This paper analyses the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor first intensive study on AC permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control principle and common control strategy. Through the comparative advantages and disadvantages of every control strategies and final choose the control strategy of voltage space vector id=0control algorithm based on motor control, this paper is proved in detail on the voltage space vector control algorithm,discussed each part of the hardware of drive in detail.and write code using C language under MPLAB IDE development environment. To achieve the speed control loop and the position loop of motor control, and give the design flow chart of key programs in motor control. Such as the initial position orientation, current sampling, voltage sampling, encoder position feedback speed calculation, PI adjustment,and so on. Finally, debugging and verify the software algorithm in the hardware platform. The experimental results show that the drives of permanent magnet synchronous motor can meet the demand of position and velocity control of the industrial sewing machine. Finally, summarize the design problems and what should improve about this system.
