Permanent magnet synchronous motor service system has the advantage of simple control, well low-speed running capability, efficiency operating, less running inertia, less torque pulsation and cost-effective, so it has been widely used in many high-powered areas, which has gradually become the mainstream of AC service system. As with its powerful data processing capabilities as well as the emergence and developing of DSP digital processor with high-speed data processing, using DSP to implement control calculation can greatly simplify the system hardware circuit, reduce cost and improve the control precision and reliability of the system. Taking DSP all-digital service system as the core has become the trend and the key point for the developing and research of AC service system at present.First, expatiated the permanent magnet synchronous motor's development, current situation outlook and the vector control principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, particular explained the significance of research permanent magnet synchronous motor and what this article has done, as well as set mathematical modeling for the permanent magnet synchronous motor service system.Second, combining the features of the hardware TMS320F2810DSP and the development system, as well as the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor, proposed the software and hardware solution for all-digital AC service system permanent magnet synchronous motor based on TMS320F2810. The hardware design included the design of the main control circuit and drive circuit design; the software design introduced the programming of the main program and the sub-program.Last but not least, this design has been experimentally validated by establishing a designed platform, which has been proved the correctness and feasibility of this design.
