| In recent years, Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has been widelyused in many fields because of its incomparable advantages, such as simple structure,light weight, small size, low loss, high efficiency and so on. The PMSM drive systemcan meet the high performance requirements, widely used in CNC machine tools, highprecision servo drive, aviation, aerospace and marine, etc.According to the current needs of electric drive, for PMSM sensorless speedcontrol system of research, making PMSM speed control system to guarantee theperformance requirements to further reduce system cost. This paper studies theextended Kalman filter (EKF) based on PMSM sensorless vector control system.Firstly, this paper introduces the coordinate transformation theory, themathematic model of PMSM, PMSM model of the coordinate transformation andvector control theory, and on this basis introduces some commonly used vectorcontrol strategies, And on this basis, the article describes several common vectorcontrol strategies; also analyzed the Flux-weakening control of PMSM.Secondly, focusing on the extended Kalman filter(EKF) detailed principles, andanalysis of the algorithm flow chart, On this basis, deduced the EKF equations ofPMSM in the algorithm flow chart, On this basis, deduced the EKF equations ofPMSM in the static coordinate system and the revolving coordinate system. Analysisof sensorless vector control of the control system block diagram of the extendedKalman algorithm and then introduce a simplified algorithm. Using matlab7.1buildsystem simulation model and simulation experiment, Experimental resultsdemonstrated the feasibility of the method, then analysis the experiment results, andresearched the experimental results of the simplified algorithm.Finally, Use the TI’s TMS320F2808dedicated to motor control as the core of thehardware system, Introduced the principle of the entire hardware and software controlmodule circuit principle implementation. Introducing the hardware part of the currentsampling, IPM module and the principle of protection module, The software partmainly describes the flow chart of the entire system operation and flow chart of theinterrupt handler.
