With the increasing energy shortage and environmental pollution problems,electric vehicles become the focus of research.In wheel motor drive electric vehicle,with its higher space utilization and good operating performance,it has become the focus of research in the field of electric vehicles.This paper mainly focuses on permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is studied.In the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),due to the installation of traditional speed sensor not only increases the cost,but also limits the application of PMSM in harsh environment.In this paper,two methods of extended Calman filter(EKF)and Luenberger observer are used to estimate the rotor position of the motor,to realise sensorless control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor.A method of PMSM Motor speed and position estimation based on extended Kalman filter(EKF),instead of mechanical sensors for real-time detection.The EKF algorithm is realized by using the state equation of the motor in the alpha-beta reference frame,and the simulation model is designed and simulated in the Matlab/Simulink platform.Simulation results show that the PMSM sensorless vector control system based on EKF has high estimation accuracy,good steady-state and dynamical properties and better robustness.But this method is complex and requires high hardware performance.According to the principle of Luenberger observer proposed a based on Luenberger observer of PMSM rotor speed and position estimation method,an effective solution to some drawbacks of the permanent magnet synchronous motor due to the installation of mechanical sensors.Using Matlab/Simulink tool to build the control system simulation model and simulation,simulation results show that the control system has good control performance.Finally,in STM32F103ZET6 as the control core of the hardware system for algorithm implementation.The experimental results show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor control systembased on Luenberger observer has high control precision and good stability.Finally,the monitoring system of the control system is designed,which can be used to control the motor and real time feedback motor control state.
