Because of the advantages of little influenced by climate, simple structure, easy touse, low cost, the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle becomes more and more popular in manycountries. Its application fields are expanded. Since the mission equipments of UAVare high-tech and specificity, its own cost is constantly increasing, and its repeated usehas become an important way to reduce costs. The recycling process is a veryimportant stage, but out of work frequently, so it is very necessary to carry on theresearch on recycling technology. The recycling technology of UAV has made rapid development in recent years. The main methods include parachute recycle, airbag recycle and net recycle. The netrecycling technology has the advantage of precision recycling location, so it representsthe development direction of recycling technology. This paper has carried out detailedresearch on “single net and three pillars” on principle design, simulation, analysis inorder to develop a complete design process.Firstly, a new unit of net recycling plan is proposed, the detail of recyclingprocedure is designed. Secondly, a variety of factors for impact performance areanalyzed by the LS-DYNA software which was based on FEM, and then the dampingcharacteristic curve is obtained. Thirdly, the preliminary geometry of the turbinedamper is established according to the operating principle of it, and then the dampingcharacteristic of the turbine damper is analyzed by the FLUENT software which wasbased on CFD. The structure of turbine damper which can satisfy the impact process isobtained. Finally, a full set of parts for the system are designed.
