In order to establish the experimental platform of hydraulic servo system of exoskeleton, test the performance of hydraulic control sytem of exoskeleton and intelligent sensor connector, a versatile electro-hydraulic control test-bed system and corresponding test system funded by the Natural Science Foundation of China (Fund number:51275170) and the project of the Development and Manufactuer of Baosteel oil film static hydraulic system and the cone bushing clearance offline test device has been designed and manufactured for the needs of the changes of large flow and the detection of high accuracy in hydraulic system, which based on the theoretical study of the hydraulic CAT and the analysis of the test requirements.The mechanical structure of the test system is reasonable and compact. The hydraulic system of the test system has the characteristics of opening and expansibility by the design of the modularity, fitting for testers to establish their own hydraulic testing circuits according to the test needs. The software system based on Labview platform can display related hydraulic parameters and performances in real-time. After the field test trials, the test bed can meet the needs of the hydraulic system test in the data analysis of the scientific experiment and engineering design and scientific research with its own stable performance and high accuracy.
