Evaluate And Study On Reconstruction Of Linhai Parks In Wulate Front Banner

The city park is an important part of urban green space system, which plays an irreplaceable role in economic development and social progress; meanwhile, the city park can also regulate the ecological balance of the city, improve and maintain the stability of city ecological environment. With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the old park can’t able to meet the new requirements of city on the park. Therefore, reconstruction and the new requirements of urban development for Old Park are must face and solve problems for ever city in the development process.The paper describes the related concepts of city park reconstruction. On the basis of the city park of both domestic and abroad, the Linhai Park in wulate front banner was as a research object before and after reconstruction, respectively, the evaluation system was established in terms of ecological function value, social function value, economic function value and landscape function value, meanwile, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to study the established indicators. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation is55before the reconstruction of Linhai Park, and the comprehensive evaluation is75after the reconstruction of Linhai Park. The Linhai Park had great improving after reconstruction than the former in ecological, social, economic and landscape aspects.The paper studied the Park reconstruction method in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region counties by using the landscape evaluation to evaluate the Linhai Park in before and after reconstruction, and seek out a suitable new idea for the development of Inner Mongolia counties, which provided the basis for the development of small and medium-sized cities in the western of Inner Mongolia.
