In recent years, with the frequency of accidents of the concrete quality,how to strengthen the detection and control the quality of concrete has become the important subject of the civil engineering sector. Concrete Nondestructive Testing Technology can not only detect the quality of concrete under construction, but also test the quality of the concrete structure in completed construction and being used after construction.It has become a self-contained testing technology in construction works, and has been increasingly widely used. But Hohhot region has not developed a concrete nondestructive testing technical regulations, so these years in the implementation of national unity Measurement Regulation reveals many problems. In order to promote the use of non-destructive testing technology more standardized and more accurately in Hohhot, the paper is considered Hohhot region representative of concrete raw materials, conservation methods, detection methods and a variety of factors to establish the concrete strength assessment model which is based on the fuzzy system method.In the paper, the fuzzy system method, conveying a complex nonlinear relation, calculating simply and expressing intuitively, was selected after comparing various mathematical modeling methods.And it describes in detail for the parts of fuzzy system and the basic principles of mathematical analysis.Based on the basic principles of fuzzy system method, the paper put the three parameters (ultrasound value, rebound value, water content) as the input variables of the model, the concrete compressive strength value as the output variable of model, and created a fuzzy rule base to get an assessment of the concrete strength model applying to Hohhot area.Comparing the fuzzy system model with regression method, the average relative error and the relative standard deviation of the fuzzy system model are lower than the regression method. Their accuracy is higher than the regression method, more intuitive in expression and reflects the nonlinear relationship between the influence factors of the concrete strength. The method, meeting the accuracy requirements of the regulations on the strength curve, can be used as an assessment of concrete strength in Hohhot area and a reliable basis for detection of the structural safety.
