To improve the operation stability of the boiler feed water pump, it analyzes the feed water pump cavitation phenomenon produces and harm, proposed in the design process how to improve the pump cavitation performance measures, at the same time analyzes the structure of the balance device and stability, in order to ensure that the pump running stability under different working conditions. It also researchs the seal and parts of strength check in high temperature and high pressure to ensure the safety operation of boiler feed water pump; To ensure the convenient and quick maintenance of the boiler feed water pump, introduces the general structure of the pump.Then the article introduces the processing and manufacturing process. The special treatment technique is introduced to meet the different purposes, such as the centrifugal casting, the nitriding, chrome, etc. And some special inspection methods are introduced in the process of manufacture, such as static balance and dynamic balance, etc. The processing technology of the products is strictly controlled.The influence factors on the quality of the pump assembly are strictly controlled in assembly process, such measurement value in monitoring as the clearance of impeller mouth rings with seal rings and the guide vane impeller with the determination, the channeling adjustment of total play amount and half the amount, the location of carrying value and real carry empty value.
