With the accelerated development of power grid,the task of operation, maintenance, update and transformation of power grid assets become even more arduous.In2008, the State Grid Corporation of China proposed the asset life cycle management concept and carried out related work from the company and power grid development needs.Main devices has the characteristics of huge initial investment,high operating labor and maintenance costs,long service time,so it has broad prospects for whole life cycle cost management.From the perspective of the whole life cycle costs,the analysis of the power grid company cost management can help the companies to get rid of the shackles of traditional cost concepts and reduce the life cycle cost.The subject was fund by the technology project of the Hebei Power Company that is "Research on Key Technologies of Hebei Power Company Asset Life Cycle Cost" and carried a more detailed study on the analysis of main devices life cycle cost and how to apply the life cycle cost management.The contents are as follows:(1)The main equipment life cycle cost structure was analyzed in three main-dimensions from the life cycle,cost type and business activities.The established main equipment life cycle cost estimation models for transformer,circuit breakers and overhead transmission lines provide the grid enterprises the main basis for quantitative analysis of equipment costs.The scientificalness and applicability of the model was verified by empirical analysis of the main equipment life cycle cost management of Hebei Power Company.(2)Main device life cycle cost management comprehensive evaluation index system was established in view of plan,procurement, construction,operation and maintenance, returned at end of life. Main device life cycle cost management evaluation model was built using linear and non-linear weighted composite assessment method.By the results of the analysis and evaluation,the model can find lack in the main device life cycle cost management and provide an important basis for decision making to develop a reasonable life cycle cost management strategy.(3)Based on the above research results,the Hebei power company grid equipment life cycle cost management evaluation and analysis system is developed.The use of compute-r network and database technology make the evaluation informatization and systematiza-tion and provide a standard stable technology platform for the Hebei Power Company main equipment life cycle cost management.
