The development of wind turbine generator system tends to be more large-scale, in order to ensure that the wind turbine generator system can operate in a high reliability, to prevent the loss on economic and peple’s health due to the wind turbine generator system failure,it needs the specialized real-time monitoring and analysis systems to monitor in real time and minimize the losses.The wind turbine gearbox is one of fault-prone parts,temperature of the gearbox is one of the necessary monitoring,so that according to the requirements of this more remote temperature monitoring,combined with wireless transmission,the thesis designs a set of wind turbine gearbox temperature monitoring system for the wind turbine generator system.The main research contents of this thesis include:1.Introduction to the structure, working principle and typical fault of key components of large wind turbine generator system;2.Using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis to analyze each key component of large wind turbine generator system and give out FEMA report;3. According to the specific condition of wind turbine generator system, to identify the system’s working process, as well as design and develop the gear box’s temperature monitoring and management system for wind turbine generator system. The system is comprised of one PC and several SCMs; each SCM can be connected to several temperature sensors and directly manage the acquisition and control function ofsite temperature, and the PC manages and controls the whole temperature monitoring and management system.
