As a command and control system,signal system showing many features like intelligenceand networking.So,the debugging of Signal system become more and more difficult.It isnecessary to analysis the debugging management.This article take the Y signal system as thesample and find that the Y signal system project’s debugging and organization is verycomplex and difficult.Finally, we will use Interpretative Structural Modelling to analysis thisproblem combining with practical experience of some train control system. This study hassome practical significanceThis article reviews the latest research results of domestic and foreign, combined thepractice and experience about the Y signal system project during the execution.First,wedeconmpose the the composition of the Y signal system in technical, sort out the variouselements of this system,then analysis the process and results.Base on that,we can summaryall aspects of the command, control, certification, monitoring, etc.This step arrange thestructure of signal system and show the features like:multifaceted impact, complex functions,network relationship.Second,base on the functional goals,we decompose the signal systemtasks accurately.This work requires a combination of practical work experience, requires fullaccount of factors such as stations, tracks, the central control center, the system bus, etc.Byanalyzing the signal system,it point out some problems like the lack of an effectivehierarchy,a longer time span,etc.When the debugging is abnormal,the process is not flexibleenough.Third,base on the above issues,we use the Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM)method research all the debugging tasks qualitative and quantitative.By building theadjacency matrix and solving the reachability matrix,we get all the resulting data.By this,wefinally build the management structure model of Y signal system. This article will also buildthe debugging structure model in the Y extension application, and make improvement.This article finally build the management structure model of the Y signal systemdebugging based on the Interpretative Structural Modelling.This is the first complete model inthe field of signal system debugging.so, it has a good value in engineering. The managementmodel accord the actual work of the rail signal system debugging.We can use this model toguide the being debugged or upcoming debug system directly.
