Research On The Digital Reform Of Testing Machine Verification System

Materials testing machine refers to the equipment that is used to exam the mechanicalproperty and process performance test of materials, parts and components, and it has wideapplication in the field of scientific research, defense, and engineering instruments andequipment, which is an important and indispensable testing instruments. Therefore, the veryimportant task is to ensure its accuracy.At present the testing machine verification system has the following characteristics: thedial indicator type standard dynamometer as testing equipment; the dial indicator showsdeformation value; the data is obtained by two test technicians, one operating material testingmachine, another is remind by the one who is on the dial indicator to read standarddynamometer data when the testing machine load data reaches the acquisition point, then onestaff do the manual data recording before the computer input to make the certificate.According to the shortages, this paper puts forward the old material testing machineverification system for digital improvement plan. The purpose is to reduce the measurementerror, and improve the verification efficiency, and for the similar instrument digitalimprovement to provide the reference.In the study, this paper uses theoretical analysis、Experimental simulation and finiteelement analysis method etc. The improved aspects:1. using resistance strain gage instead ofdial indicator, make standard dynamometer output signal digitization;2. improving theprocess, circuit compensation and anti-interference, make standard dynamometer accuracylevel by0.3magnitude increased to0.1magnitude;3. obtaining pull measurement capability;4. Designing material testing machine test software, automatic data acquisition, analysis, dataprocessing, automatic output certificate, verification personnel reduced to one.The improved system realizes the digitization of the testing machine verification system,meets the verification work requirements, has simple operation and more application,and isreliable. It makes full use of the original equipment, for the measure technology institution ofidle dial indicator type standard dynamometer provides reuse way. The scheme is feasible.
