| As the development of society, the energy was greatly consumed,the contradictionbetween demand and supply of energy is increasingly fierce. During the ordinary daily lifeand production process, the incomplete utilization of energy causing a lot of waste, such asthe waste heat of industrial and exhaust pollution. Today, the development of science andtechnology make it developed various energy recycling technology, thermoelectric powergeneration was got great attention due to its pollution-free. The thermoelectric generation is asolid component which has no rotation and many advantages, such as compact structure, highreliabilty, no noise in work, no wear, no leaks, good antiradiation and flexible movement, etc.It can generate electromotive force in case of temperature difference, so there was a widerange of applications on it, as on military, industrial and civilian.As the output power of the semiconductor thermoelectric generators parabolic shapewith the change of the output voltage, when the voltage of the generator output voltagecorresponding to the maximum power point, the system can reach a maximum point of theoutput power. Firstly, in this paper, the control system is by controlling the voltage of theoutput terminal in order to achieve the purpose of maximum power point tracking, and thispaper also analyses commonly used MPPT methods. Based on the model, simulation modelwas established by MATLAB/Simulink.Secondly,during the internship,according to the needs of the output control system,wedesigned the main circuit of thermoelectric power output control system and peripheral circuitmodule with Altium Designer software,analysised and estimated parameter selection ofcomponents,which settles the basis of the facture, installation of the control system.At last, with the experimental platform of Fuxin Electronic Technology Ltd. Co, we usethe hardware control system for confirmatory testing and data analysis, draw a generalconclusion of the trial, and also verify the feasibility of the theory, proved that the outputcontrol system has a certain tracking effect near the maximum. |
