The frame-structure obtains the feature of flexible layout to be arranged rooms according to different requirements freely, high bearing capacity, better ductility and integrity, so they are widely used in high-rise architecture. However, the high-rise architecture is developing increasingly in China, whose height renders the structure style more complicated. So the second phase of high-rise buildings earthquake-resistant design becomes more difficult and complex. Chasing for the unconventional architectural effects, the building structure is usually irregular, which has great influence on the structural earthquake-resistant property according to relevant research. Consequently, for the structural security at earthquake circumstance, systematical study of irregular structure anti-seismic behavior is of enormous theoretical significance and crucially practical value.The force mechanism of high-rise frame-shear wall structure and the irregular structure status are introduced firstly in this paper, and then the seismic design principle is listed. Then a specific project is conducted to achieve a comprehensive analysis of the irregular frame-shear wall structure, the structural optimization of the irregular structure of the layout of the seismic performance impact, results show that the reasonable layout of shear walls can reduce the structure rules, reducing the structure to reverse the effect, thereby enhancing the seismic capacity; also obtained the optimized structure of the cycle and the mode shapes.The structure optimization of the irregular structure of the layout of their seismic performance are compared, the results show that the layout of shear walls can reduce the torsion effect of the irregular structure, thereby enhance the seismic capacity; Then the frequencies and vibration modes of a frame-shear wall structure are carried out, and some important factors such as the biggest displacement Angle between the layers, displacement ratio, shear and bending moment is presented in the essay. Having compared analysis results of SATWE and MIDAS, the paper indicates that the numerical results of these two methods are close to each other. Finally, parametric analysis on seismic performances of frame-shear wall structure with different wall thickness, floor height and concrete grade are taken, and thus some references for design and construction of frame-shear wall structure are obtained.
