A Study On The Scale And Spatial Layout Of Urban Complex Property In Gongshu,Hanszhou

Urban complex is one type of buildings which joins many functions such as residential, commercial, office, hotel, culture and entertainment, transportation, recreation, etc. Urban Complex property forms from different kinds of property. Measuring the scale and spatial layout of property properly is a new question to solve in urban planning.First, the paper theoretically defines the urban complex and its related concepts, classifications, development modes and impact factors of the urban complex property. Depending on the background of the urban complex in Hangzhou and the economic development in Gongshu, the paper analyzes the urban complex in Gongshu. According with the Statistical Yearbook data, the paper analyzes correlations between property and population, GDP, total retail sales of consumer goods, etc. by SPSS. And then, the paper makes a conclusion about the relationship between the properties and other factors to fit multiple linear regression equation. Based on the economic and social development indicators in Gongshu’s twelfth Five-Year Plan, the paper forecasts the scale of urban complex property in the future. Finally, the paper analyzes the scale of each property, and the area and the population of each sub-property’s scope of radiation to verify the proper spatial layout of the urban complex property in Gongshu.
