With the rapid development of market economy, science and technology, packing machinery plays an increasing important role in the packaging industry and in the field of commodity circulation. Automatic packaging machinery can increase productivity, improve the manufacturing environment, lower the producing costs, improve the safety of products storage and transportation, and rise up the grades of commodities, and increase the additional value of the products, thus enhancing the competitiveness of products in the market and bringing greater social and economic benefits to corporation.Consequently, this issue attempts to originally create a packaging robot which can handle a box of certain size on the analysis of several packaging robot home and abroad, and tries to achieve the most automation of packaging and flexible design as much as possible.Logically, this article tries to design and analyze the each robot part, according to the packing robot of mechanics analyze, kinematics analyze, mechanical design of the major part(such as cam mechanismã€panel turnover mechanismã€manipulator mechanism), and motion simulation, design such pacging robot of fixed size in accordance with such packing mechine.Full capacity is used to conduct a comprehensive, systematic design and analysis on the packaging robot designed in this issue. Lay the foundation for the Carton Packaging of Automatic process flow, in favor of perfect the conventional handicraft packing,and to promote the application of paking industry in mechanical equipment especially in robot technology. |
