With the rapid development of contemporary city, a large-scale underground space development will be an inevitable trend. Taking a number of factors into account, the subway station will take more and more cut-and-cover construction method, thus large deep excavation will be a very important research direction.Foundation pit supporting could be defined as follows, when a building or structure of underground is construction, sometimes we need foundation pit excavation, and sometimes excavation depth is very big, so we need excavation slope support, at the same time we also need to the surface subsidence, around the foundation pit of the building’s settlement. Pipe deformation and internal force of the foundation pit retaining pile as monitoring work, we should do our best to guarantee the smooth engineering progress.This paper is based on Qingdao Metro of Line3Baoer station deep excavation, and illustrate the subway station deep excavation support and its deformation theory, Which include Earth Pressure, pit support, whiles lope support design, support deformation mechanism, supporting structure and soil common deformation mechanism and influencing factors of internal forces and deformation of the supporting structure to carry out a detailed analysis of the study. The calculations use two methods of the Pit with Lizheng geotechnical software that limit equilibrium method and the Study of Sweden, the basic theories and formulas of these two methods do a brief introduction and the practical engineering design calculations.Qingdao Metro Pit Engineering FLAC3D software excavation process was simulated. Considered in the numerical simulation in the interaction between the envelope pile and the soil, with the elastic unit to simulate the interaction between the pile body and the soil, and is considered in the simulation applied priestess of the steel support, the analog the process is more real soil and supporting structure with the displacement of the excavation pit and force changes, the simulation results include pile deformation caused by the excavation, surface subsidence, steel support axial force. In deep excavation process of subway station, it is necessary to select a reasonable monitoring program, a really good job of monitoring and measuring work, which is not only very important for the construction of the foundation pit engineering, but also to achieve the necessary information construction. Combined with the actual analysis of monitoring data to infer the cause of the deformation, which found that the accident omen, and take timely and targeted control measures, effective control of the deformation of the pit, to avoid accidents, and to provide for the safety production more effective guarantee.Through the Deep Station Foundation Monitoring Data, we map out the surface subsidence, horizontal displacement of pile top steel support shaft force changes in the graph, and thus the dynamic changes. At the same time the use of FLAC3D numerical simulation software helps we analyze the law of deep excavation deformation better. By FLAC3D software the excavation process simulation, actual monitoring data and numerical simulation results do a simple comparison, numerical simulation results and the actual monitoring data are consistent simulation result is quite satisfactory, and provides a reference for future engineering accurately. |
