With the rapid development of economic, declining reserves of fossil resources andincreasingly prominent environmental issues, all kinds of energy saving technology has beenrapid developed. As the larger energy industry equipment of coal industry, energy-savingresearch of mine ventilation system makes a great practical significance. In this paper, kineticenergy of fan diffuser exit combined with wind power generation technology is studied which isdifferent from the previous study of energy-saving technology for the mine ventilation system. The theory of power generation technology for GAF fan diffuser exit kinetic energy is studiedand it opens a new way of thinking for energy-saving research of mine ventilation system. In this paper, the theory of influence on air volume of fan and distance betweendiffuser exit and fan for wind turbine power is studied by the Matlab software andthe results show that the large air flow and short distance is very favorable for windpower. The wind turbine is designed and calculated for the GAF to300m3/s situation.Three different airfoil simulated by Fluent software and NACA4412airfoil is selected asblade airfoil because of its good aerodynamic characteristics. The three-dimensionalsimplified model of wind turbine is established and the wind turbine blade flow field atthe rated wind speed is analyzed, it provides the basis and foundation for the furtheroptimize design of wind turbine blades.
