Crack-resistance and anti-seepage mass concrete issue has been the hot topic ofengineering field. This article rely on a Yangtze River large suspension bridgeengineering, combined with construction and technical requirement of mass concretewhich used in bridge anchor, test the crack and seepage problem of mass concrete usedin bridge anchor from the perspectives of raw materials and mix proportion.By preparing crack-resistance and anti-seepage mass concrete mixing with thepowdered slag, fly ash, efficient retarding supperplasticizer, research the workingperformance and hydration heat of concrete mixture, the mechanical properties,volumestability, durability and microstructure of hardening concrete. The results showthat:mass concrete mixed with fly ash, slag powder, efficient retarding superplasticizercan significantly improve the working performance of concrete, reduce the cementcontent of concrete unilateral, the cement paste hydration rate and the heat of hydration,with lower early strength, butfaster growth late strength, inhibit the shrinkage ofconcrete, improve the volume stability, the admixture improve the pore structure ofcement stone and the anti-seepage ability of concrete. When the anchorage C30massconcrete28d measured impermeability pressure is1.3MPa, the specimen seepageheight is40mm;when the electric flux is less than700libraries and the chloridediffusion coefficient range from3.921×10-9cm2/s to6.022×10-9cm2/s, performance ofresistance to Chlorine Ion penetration significantly improved.180d concrete whichshrinkage value less than360×10-6has well crack resistance and anti-seepage.By means of SEM microscopic testing study the structure formation processofanti-seepage mass concrete, micro-test results show that mineral admixtures andefficient retarding supperplasticizer reduce the pore size, change the pore structure ofcement stone and make hydration more solid encryption, so that the concrete can becrack-resistance and anti-seepage.Research findingswere successfully applied at solid works of anchor concrete inYangtze River large suspension bridge, for the related engineering technicianreference.
