| The middle and lower reaches of Minjiang river is the main channel of Sichuanshipping and water transportation in and out of Sichuan. It plays an important role in thecomprehensive transportation and regional economic development. Qianweihydro-junction is located within the boundaries of Qianwei town in Leshan city ofMinjiang river downstream. When building the Qianwei hydro-junction, which willhave great significance to solve the navigation problems reasonably in constructiondiversion period. That not only directly affects the project investment and constructionperiod, which will become a decision factor for building dam, but also affects theshipping career in Minjiang river and people’s life in upstream and downstream.Based on the reality of construction of Qianwei hydraulic project, this paper isresearched by combining with some methods together, such as2-D numerical model offlow, physical model and ship model experiment. According to the principle ofengineering practicability, it studies on the navigation problems with the Qianweihydraulic project in the construction diversion period. The research main contents andconclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the comprehensive reasearch of the domestic hydraulic project, itsummarizes the general navigation problems, the engineering measures be taken andprinciples should be followed when designing measures in the construction period.(2)By combining with the physical model and the ship model test,it studies on thenavigable flow conditions with the design scheme during the first cofferdam in the firstconstruction period. With the navigation issue, it takes optimization measures toimprove navigable flow conditions of engineering reach. And it builds a reasonablemathematics model to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization scheme.(3)Based on the research achievements during the first cofferdam in the firstconstruction period, the navigation problems are studied during the second constructiondiversion period by combining with the physical model and the ship model test. Afteranalysis on the navigation flow conditions, it takes the corresponding optimizationmeasures to improve the river navigable conditions in the channel, increase thenavigable flow, and determine the ship routes. |
