With the energy demand growth and the development of onshore wind power has become increasingly saturated in recent years, more and more people focus on offshore wind power now. Because of the highly cost and difficult to construction or maintenance, the economy, security and stability of the offshore wind turbine has been a hot research today. The first problem need to be solved for development offshore wind power is the foundation. According to the plan of offshore wind power development in our country, choose jacket-that applicable to the20to50m depth-foundation to design and do some research. Since there is no any relevant national conditions, the design takes from the view of marine engineering with reference to offshore oil platform.First, design offshore wind turbine foundation. Consider the operation and extreme cases, analysis of various conditions, using load calculation software calculate the load in top flange of the foundation, include the influence by wave, current and marine growth, to combine load cases.Second, creating model by offshore integrated finite element software SACS, basis of the design of the oil platform, then imposed load conditions on the plat surface and define the Pile, analysis the coupling of the pile and the soil. Finally, on the basis Jacket static strength, buckling, stability, and other static analysis, and the whole basis of the modal, seismic response analysis, analytical mechanics calculations to optimize the structure of the corresponding bars. Repeated rounds, got to meet the design conditions of the sea fan base. The foundation designed from the view of marine engineering, has reference value for the similar problems.
