Based On The Observation Of Settlement Deformation Analysis

This paper combines Handan Hongji Garden residential building, the PHC prestressed pipe pile settlement is studied.Through the engineering, static load test, settlement observation of and current standard of settlement deformation results of comparison and analysis.(1) static load test to determine the bearing capacity of single pile. In four piles for datum selection base, and then on the base of progressive loading settlement, settlement in the comparison of each stage loading variation.(2) the engineering settlement observation. Through static load test and settlement observation of contrast, can be found in the process of construction settlement observation than static load test is larger, the reason of this case is that:the pile group effect and size effect.(3) according to the current standard of deformation calculation.
