With the development of high-rise buildings,the requirements for foundation treatment are becoming more and more strict in the design and construction of buildings,Settlement of pile foundation of high-rise building is an important parameter for foundation design.The settlement of pile foundation is a problem that cannot be ignored.More and more people are paying attention.A large number of engineering practices have shown that the settlement of pile foundation is very important for the stability of buildings,especially for high-rise buildings and complex buildings,the significance of effective settlement prediction is more obvious.The engineering example selected for analysis in this paper is the pile foundation of a residential building project in Handan.The numerical model of pile-soil interaction is established by using ABAQUS,and compared with the static load test data,a good agreement is obtained.According to the comparative analysis of building settlement observation data and numerical simulation,it is proved that the application of ABAQUS to pile foundation settlement is feasible.The research results show that:(1)Comparing the simulation results with the static load test data,it is found that the simulated calculated values are larger than the static load test values,but the loaddisplacement curves of the two are basically fitted,and both are slowly variable,which is verified that the soil parameters used in the ABAQUS numerical simulation in calculating the pile settlement are reasonable;(2)When using ABAQUS numerical simulation,the selected soil parameters should be reasonable,and the soil parameters will affect the final result.(3)According to the comparison between the observation value of the foundation settlement and the simulation results,it is found that the simulated calculation value is larger than the field observation value,but the load-displacement curves of the two are basically fitted.It is verified that the ABAQUS numerical simulation can effectively predict the prestressed pipe pile.
