| Since the Kyoto protocol signed in1997, the problem of greenhouse gas reduction has become a global attention, and then, the reduction of carbon emissions has also become a new kind of products to trade in the international market."Twelve-five program" proposes that by the year of2015the unit GDP carbon dioxide emissions must be less17%than the year of2010, and this is the first time in our country that the index of greenhouse gas emissions was put into five years plan. Then the "twelve-five control greenhouse gas emissions work plan" points out that China will develop low carbon development sites, explore to create a carbon emissions trading market, speed up the establishment of greenhouse gas emissions statistical accounting system. So, this thesis study which is about Carbon emissions calculation, and MRV etc, is exceedingly necessary and practical.As a developing country, China can cooperate with developed countries, introduce capital and technology to complete all or a part of the carbon reduction offset by the developed countries of the reduction commitments, also can put the carbon emissions reductions independently to the international market to transact. But, in China, the carbon trading is still in the initial stage, which has a certain relationship to the misunderstanding of carbon emissions trading program, and the lack methods of carbon(?)n calculation, monitoring and verification.This thesis mainly studies the method that carbon abatement calculation, monitoring, verification in the typical project:ground source heat pump, the solar energy air conditioning system in the construction field, and verifies the scientificity, applicability, and operability of the method through the specific case. In addition, MRV system has been briefly discussed. It can be divided into three levels to research through the analysis of the system of MRV. Discussing and researching how to be available in measuring, reporting, and checking correspondingly in the project level. Finally, to make the analysis and exploration on China’s carbon trading market. The method of carbon reduction calculation, monitoring and verification, as well as the development of MRV work, is to belong to establish the basic work of carbon trading market. The study of the method in this paper can be established for domestic carbon trading market to make a contribution. |
