It is often nonlinear and uncertainty in the running process of theBrushless DC motor, and it is difficult to establish a precise mathematicalmodel and to achieve the desired effect with conventional PID controller.The neurons of the artificial neural network with nonlinear mapping ofgood, self learning and adaptive abilities can effectively reduce theinfluence of the system variability parameter. The fuzzy control does notdepend on the mathematical model of the controlled object, can overcomethe influence of the nonlinear factors. In this paper, the combinationalgorithm is studied based on the advantages of the fuzzy algorithms,neural and the PID algorithm.The basic structure of the PID control algorithm is analyzed withfuzzy control and neural control theory. After the combination of fuzzycontrol, neurons and PID algorithm, the neuron scaling factors of theneuron PID algorithm can be optimized on line using fuzzy controlstrategy, and the fuzzy neuron PID control model can be constructed. thesimulation result of the location tracking of step function show that thefuzzy neuron PID algorithm has fast response, non-overshoot and stronganti interference performance, than the increment PID control algorithmand the based on quadratic performance index learning algorithm ofsingle neuron PID algorithm.The dynamic equation of brushless DC motors is established, afterthe studying on the mathematical model of brushless DC motor. Underthe double close-loop control strategy of speed loop and current loop, theBrushless DC motor control system is consist of the fuzzy neuron PIDcontroller and the dynamic equation of brushless DC motors. Thebrushless DC motor speed control simulation results show that the fuzzyneuron PID controller has short adjusting time, non-overshoot and strongrobustness, than the increment PID controller and the based on quadraticperformance index learning algorithm of single neuron PID controller.The brushless DC motor control circuit is design by the STM32MCU. The fuzzy neuron PID controller works in brushless DC motorcontrol system by the programming. The experimental results show that the fuzzy neuron PID controller of brushless DC motor has goodperformance of speed control and stability.
