Currently, under the pressure of the energy’s crisis and the protection of environm ent,the exhaust emissions of automobile has become the major problems.Electric ca-rs which has characteristies of non-polluting, high of energy efficiency can solve a series of problems such as traffic,environment.The drive system and control technology of mo tor are the key technologies of electric vehicles, which are first solve the problem of a research.Permanent magnet brushless dc motor not only has a series of advantages of a common dc motor that has both high efficiency and good speed of regulating performance,but also has simple structure, convenient maintenance, long life and other advantages of the AC motor. So it is widely used in the field of electric vehicles.This topic mainly resolve for the drive system of electric vehicle which lies in the slow reaction for the speed and pulse triggering of the torque. To solve this problem we mainly put forward for the following solutions:(1) The drive system of the electric vehicle adopts the double closed loop control:the oute is the speed’s loop, and the inner is the current’s loop.The drive system in experiment is constructed and its model is simulated in Matlab.(2)The control system adopts conventional PI control for modeling and simulation, speed,the curve phase current and torque are obtained.(3)The speed loop of the control system adopts fuzzy PI algorithm,the current loop adopts stagnation. The curve of the phase, current and torque are obtained. Then we compare the two seriers of curves.(4) The solution of the system is applied to the experiment system which is U额=24V,P额=60W.The operation of experiment system is observed.The results of the research show that the control algorithm of this paper is very good to solve the the problem existing in the electric vehicle drive system.
