Meticulous design is the first step of product quality forming, lean manufacturing is the necessary factor for the formation of product quality, and strict management is the guarantee of product quality. As the most critical step in the design and develop process of mechanical product, product Design determines the congenital quality of a product.The research about the product design theory and method has been maintained for almost a century, and There are tens of new design theories and methods. To be effective use of these theories method, Based on many years design experience Professor Wen Bangchun has presented theory design planning faced the product generalized quality from the system engineering viewpoint. That is to say, the design process was planned from design ideas, design environments, design steps, design objects, design contents, design methods and design quality evaluation.
