In this dissertation, Bi2212superconducting short tapes were prepared by Sol-Gel method. In addition, the influence of heat treatment about preferred orientation NiO/Ni substrate, the influence of heat treatment temperature about Bi-2212single phase, innfluence of high-temperature drying and low-temperature drying method about Bi2212superconducting precursors were all studied. The main content of the dissertation are as follows:l.The influence of heat treatment about preferred orientation NiO/Ni substrate.In the air atmosphere, NiO/Ni substrate was prepared at the rate of15℃/min, the line chart reveals the rule, but NiO/Ni substrate didn’t get preferred orientation, preferred orientation of NiO/Ni substrate was gained by low down rate and prepared in the O2atmosphere.2.The influence of high-temperature drying and low-temperature drying method about Bi2212superconducting precursors.Through researching the short of Sol-Gel method for preparing superconducting precursors, the precursors which has good surface morphology and homogeneous component were prepared by Pechini Sol-Gel method. And the process is the tapes was dried at120℃and then at600℃. In addition low-temperature drying method could prepare precursors with good surface morphology and homogeneous component.3.The influence of heat treatment temperature about Bi-2212single phase. Through preparing Pechini Sol-Gel by different process,it is found that Pechini Sol-Gel has good stability. Bi2212superconducting short tapes was prepared by Pechini Sol-Gel with different process, the heat treatment temperature is same.And we get Bi-2212single phase with preferred orientation at the heat treatment temperature of790℃.
