Study On The Timbering Design Of Deep Foundation Pit For Shengwenlian Station Along Chengdu Metro Line4

Along with the development of economy and the expansion of cities in our nation since Open and Reform policy, the development of underground project is increasingly important in nowadays. Underground projects are always related to foundation pit.The design of foundation bracing is a complicated geotechnical issue. The construction of foundation pit is necessary to make full use of underground space and to improve the function of a city. Foundation pit engineering is related to geology engineering, geotechnical engineering, structure engineering and other techniques. The excavation and supporting are indispensable parts of underground construction. Along with the deepening of urbanization, engineers tend to set this sort of design more frequently. Since the location of rail station and high-rise buildings are in the downtown where they are always surrounded by other structures, the design of deep foundation pit has to take the safety of its structure into consideration as well as the stability of surroundings.This thesis takes the foundation pit project in ShengWenlian station along Chengdu Metro line4as an example. Based on the comprehensive analysis of geological condition and hydrological geology, pipe piles with steel support, is determined as the supporting style. The author uses LiZheng software to analyses how crown beam, number of steels, horizontal spacing of steels, diameter, spacing and embedded depth of piles affects the stability of foundation pit supporting. Moreover, this paper selects proper parameters for ShengWenlian station, and uses them in the Reinforcement calculation and stability checking of the foundation pit. In addition, the thesis summersizes some construction methods, attentions in construction and main technology in the foundation pit for consultation.Since the geological condition of every foundation pit is different, the design of foundation pit should take the situation of the location into consideration. The research on the application of supporting system of pipe piles with steel support in geology layer of cobblestone in Chengdu is important to the design of the construction of subway in Chengdu and some other deep foundation projects.
