The domestic thermal power units DEH system develop rapid, the mostsignificant of which Shanghai Waigaoqiao1000MW thermal power unitsDEH system. The analysis of DEH system can bring benefits for the sametype of thermal power units.This article will conduct a comprehensive analysis of control systems,turbine control, turbine protection systems, seal steam system, will alsopresent on the DEH system control reasonable transformation optimization,mainly primary frequency optimization, turbine protection systemoptimization, optimization of the seal system.This article will optimize the design of the DEH system primaryfrequency control, because of the doors open operation mode, the originalprimary frequency can not be applied to the conditions. Therefore, it jointcontrol through the high-pressure valve with overload valve, according tothe actual situation of the valve opening and the rotational speed, redesignthe primary frequency control logic, to achieve the doors open. By theoriginal seal steam control analysis, we can see that both valves control willcause the confusion of the control system. In this paper, I will re-adjust thecontrol mode and the degree of overlap of the two seal steam valves,increase the seal steam temperature control, and make the system stable andsecure operation.
